Standard Closing
$325 + Chemicals
- • Blow out the lines
- • Add anti freeze
- • Install winter plugs in the pool
- • Remove frost plugs, pressure gauges, etc. from pump, filter and heater. Store on site as directed.
- • Remove filter cartridge. Store as directed
- • ** add algaecide if not done in pre closing
- • ** bottle of filter cleaner is recommend. (Unless you have a sand filter then filter cleaner is not required)
- • (6 inches below return/jets).
- • Customer is also responsible for installing winter cover, removing ladder and handrails. **
Premium Closing
$470 + Chemicals
- • Blow out the lines
- • Add anti freeze
- • Install winter plugs in the pool
- • Remove frost plugs, pressure gauges, etc. from pump, filter and heater. Store on site as directed.
- • Remove filter cartridge. Store as directed
- • Uninstall ladder and handrails, store onsite as directed
- • Fill water bags and install winter cover or install deck lock safety cover •
- • ** add algaecide or other chemicals as directed if not done in pre closing
- • ** bottle of filter cleaner is recommend
- • (Unless you have a sand filter then filter cleaner is not required)
- • (6 inches below return/jets).
